Construction – single storey extension

Our customer had an conservatory on the back of their house, but found it too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter to use. They wanted to add an extension that would have the feel of a garden room but be usable all year round.
We created an extension with large velux windows, large French doors and windows to the side and rear. Taking out the dividing wall from the house to the extension. We dealt with Tameside Council regarding planning and building regs, taking all the hassle away from our customer. The finished result is a room that is stunning in design and will undoubtedly add real value to the home should our customer ever wish to sell.
